In business since 1952, Sully-Jones Roofing Co. is managed by a veteran team of roofing industry professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in the roofing trade. In addition to providing sound business management practices, the Sully-Jones management team members are also hands-on roofing experts. The team includes:

He possesses over 41 years of experience in the roofing industry and concentrates that experience in the field in the areas of commercial job estimating and project management. A former member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Roofing Contractors Association SDRCA) and the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), Jim remains active in the SDRCA, the National Roofing Contractors Association, the San Diego County Apartment Association, the East County Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau of San Diego.

 

Tina Sue Taylor, General Manager

She is Responsible for guiding employees in achieving the goals and ambitions of the organization, and to ensure that all processes and practices are working in a proper manner. Other job responsibilities include ensuring that every individual department is giving their best possible outputs, supervision of customer service, financial accounting, computer systems, and office administration as well as recommending and devising any new policies that are likely to prove beneficial to the goodwill of the organization. Her decision-making and problem-solving skills are a must for turning the company hardships into benefits, which ultimately lead to smooth running of the organization.

 

Ronnie E. Brown, Project Manager

As operations manager Ronnie is responsible for the smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the production of goods and services of the organization. Ronnie wears multiple hats overseeing assignment of employees, supervising and evaluating employee job performance, ensuring that the machinery and equipment is performing to our standards and oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies. Ronnie provides guidance and direction to employees, resolves problems concerning employees, work performance and procedures. He establishes rules and work schedules.

 

Steve Johnson, Residential Project Manager

A veteran of nearly 15 years experience in customer service and roofing sales, Steve is responsible for customer contact, estimating, bidding and customer service for Sully-Jones residential customers throughout San Diego County. A U.S. Navy veteran, Johnson resides in the Lakeside area where he is active in the Lakeside Christian Church and the Lakeside community.

Chris comes to Sully-Jones Roofing with almost 30 years of experience in roofing, roof estimating, and project management. Born and raised in San Diego, Chris started his roofing career in 1987, actually working on roofs, moving on to estimating and project management in 1994. Chris takes great pride in problem solving and client satisfaction.  Chris is active in his local church as well as in several business associations.
