Just like all products, roofing materials come in differing levels of quality. The Sully-Jones team prefers to work with only the very best. As a result, we would like to share our preferred manufacturers with you, and the reasons for that preference.
Carlisle
Specializing in single-ply membrane and coating options, Carlisle offers superior EPDM, TPO and PVC options, as well as coating options.
TPO. Available in SureWeld, SureWeld SAT and FleeceBACK, TPO is the fastest growing, most popular commercial roofing membrane choice. The reasons are simple. TPO is highly reflective, and Carlisle’s offers industry-leading thermal resistance and energy efficiency. Carlisle offers warranties up to 30 years for their TPO products.
PVC. With decades of waterproofing, along with superior durability, PVC is highly resistant to grease, fire, puncture, chemicals which make it a perfect choice for a wide variety of businesses. Like TPO, PVC is also available in a variety of reflective, energy efficient options and carries an up to 30-year warranty.

FiberTite
In business since 1949, FiberTite is one of the pillars of roofing manufacturers. They boast of roofs that are still going since the Reagan Administration! FiberTite makes its own membrane, starting with the knitting of the fabric and completing the entire process. This allows for customization and some very unique specialization.
KEE. When you are considering a KEE membrane, you want to choose the best option. That would be the FiberTite KEE. With over 40+ years of proven performance, it boasts a tighter fiber weave, an Elvaloy KEE polymer content for enhanced flexibility, 4-layer construction for increased durability. These systems are so strong, FiberTite proud reports roofing system performance of 25 years and longer.

Simulated Metal. With 4 layers and twice the fabric for improved strength, FiberTite’s simulated metal offers the look and feel of metal, with improved leak resistance, less cost and better waterproofing capability.
