With 70 years of experience providing roofing services to the people of Southern California, you know you can count not only on our experience, but our unparalleled focus on customer satisfaction.  Simply put, if we didn’t exceed our customers expectations, we would have gone out of business decades ago.

Roofing System Recommendations

With the special needs of your restaurant in mind, there are a couple of systems that are ideally suited to function as your roofing system.

PVC – With a technical name of polyvinyl chloride, you can easily see why the industry simply calls it PVC.  Not to be confused with your piping, PVC roofing is actually made of the same chemicals, though in a much more flexible format.

PVC is a single-ply membrane that is rolled across your existing structure.  After fully cleaning and preparing the roofing structure, PVC is laid out on the roof, then all the seams are either heat-welded together or merged with adhesives.  The entire system is connected to the roof of your restaurant with either mechanical anchor, chemical adhesives or, less commonly, ballasted with gravel.

The benefit behind PVC as a restaurant roofing system is its very high resistance to heat, grease, oil and other contaminants common with cooking.

Another key PVC benefit is its reflective nature.  PVC can reduce the solar heat to your restaurant’s roof.  This directly reduces cooling costs and helps save money while also reducing resource waste.

FiberTite – Comparable in installation to PVC, FiberTite has a higher KEE (Ketone Ethylene Ester) content than regular PVC, or TPO, for that matter.  KEE is one of the factors that allow for membrane flexibility, durability, and resistance to damaging environmental contaminants.

This higher level of KEE allows FiberTite to last longer, remain more durable and flexible and provide even higher levels of contaminant resistance.

Available in solar reflective shades, FiberTite can also reflect some of the solar heat away from your building, keeping it cooler for less energy and resulting lower air conditioning bills.
